When asked about internet gaming in 2014, Senate Majority Leader Stan Rosenberg replied, “I personally don’t see how you avoid it.” While no legislation is imminent, Rosenberg and others in Massachusetts appear to be open to online gaming and may be among the first states to legalize it.
