In Week 1, we saw one team beat a playoff team easily, and another team get blown out by a playoff team. Even though the 49ers looked better than the Bengals, that was mostly because everyone was watching the Cleveland Browns.

This team has had a lot of good players for almost a decade. They’ve just never had a great quarterback. In the last few years, though, it’s been more of a problem with control. Watson isn’t a good example of discipline, but he has helped bring the team together in some ways.

Baker Mayfield is not him. He has always been much better. Watson is the Browns’ best quarterback since Bernie Kosar. The team has faith in the guy and in what they can do as a team when they play with him.

Do we think the Browns will get worse and the Steelers will get better in Week 2? Yes, I think so. The Steelers will be playing at home during prime time, and they will be doing everything they can to avoid starting the season with a 0-2 record.
