There will be a fight that is sure to be exciting coming to South Beach.

Kevin Holland, a fan favorite in the welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), will compete against Randy Brown, a contender who is known for his strong hitting, in UFC 327, which will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, inside the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida. The first person to report the matchup was Kevin K, who is active on social media.

Holland (28-15) kept himself busy in 2025 by competing five times, but the outcomes of those competitions were inconsistent. A submission defeat to Reinier de Ridder at UFC 311 (see highlights) marked the beginning of the year for “Trailblazer.” However, he quickly bounced back with victories over Gunnar Nelson and Vicente Luque, the latter of whom won via submission at UFC 316 (watch highlights). There was a short-lived momentum. Later on in the year, Holland was defeated by Daniel Rodriguez by a unanimous decision, and then in his most recent bout, he was defeated by Mike Mallott. Both of these defeats were particularly disappointing. As of right now, he has a record of 5-6 throughout his previous 11 bouts, which is a stretch that perfectly encapsulates the turmoil that accompanies him each and every time he entered the Octagon.

In the meantime, Brown, who has a record of 20-7, is seeking to bounce back from a defeat to Gabriel Bonfim via stoppage in the second round of his debut appearance in the main event of the UFC (watch highlights). Before that, “Rude Boy” achieved one of the most vicious knockouts of 2024, knocking out Nicolas Dalby in a manner that would be worthy of a highlight reel (see all of the highlights).

Despite the fact that he lost a controversial split decision to Bryan Battle in the latter half of 2024, Brown continues to be one of the most dangerous unranked welterweights on the roster. In his most recent six bouts, he has a record of 4-2.

The fight between Holland and Brown has the potential to be the “Fight of the Night” due to the fact that both of them are 6-foot-3 in height and are recognized for their striking flair, range weapons, and durability.

Currently, the following is how the UFC 327 event appears:

  • Dominick Reyes vs. Johnny Walker
  • Kevin Holland vs. Randy Brown
  • Loopy Godinez vs. Tatiana Suarez
  • Paulo Costa vs. Azamat Murzakanov
  • Nate Landwehr vs. Cub Swanson
  • Andre Lima vs. Choi Dong-Hun
  • Kyle Daukaus vs. Vicente Luque
