Jason Myers Makes NFL History With 200 Points in Season and Playoffs
Jason Myers, the kicker for the Seahawks, has finished a season that is unlike any other in the history of the National Football League.
In the process of setting a new record for the Super Bowl with five field goals in Super Bowl LV, Myers increased his point total to 206 points for the 2025-26 regular season and postseason. In total, Myers had 49 field goals and 59 extra points in the 2025-26 season.
Taking into account the playoffs, this makes Myers the first player in the history of the game to ever score 200 points in a single season.
During the 2006-2007 regular season and postseason, LaDainian Tomlinson set the previous record for total points by scoring 198 points (33 touchdowns) in 17 games. This accomplishment was accomplished during the regular season.
